1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return or exchange period starting from the date your package is delivered. This provides ample time to try on your items in the comfort of your home and ensure they meet your standards.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

Unworn & Original Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Try-on Best Practice: When trying on shoes, please do so on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the outsoles. We cannot accept returns on shoes with visible sole wear or permanent leather creasing.

Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original brand box and protective packaging.
3. Exchanges: The Perfect Fit
We want you to walk with confidence. If you need a different size or color:

Domestic (USA): We offer a one-time complimentary exchange for size or color within the US. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label to make the process seamless.

International: For international exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable duties. Please contact our Concierge at contact@theartisanwalk.com to coordinate the best shipping method.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Email Us: Send your order number and the reason for the return to contact@theartisanwalk.com.

Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed instructions.

Ship Back: Securely pack your items. For US returns, please use the provided label. For international returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
