3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For our international customers: Please note that TheArtisanWalk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential charges.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can monitor your package’s journey across the globe to ensure a smooth arrival.
5. Packaging Integrity
To ensure your leather goods arrive without creases or scuffs, every pair of shoes is shipped in a reinforced brand box and protected by moisture-wicking paper. We ensure the unboxing experience is premium, regardless of how far the package travels.
6. Damages & Issues
TheArtisanWalk remains responsible for your order until it reaches your doorstep. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our global support team at contact@theartisanwalk.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim resolution.
